Rep. Tonko says federal help important for disaster recovery

SCHENECTADY - Congressman Paul Tonko talked about the wrath of Hurricane Harvey during a stop in Schenectady on Friday.

"I think it's important for the federal budget to incorporate the resources that respond to manmade and natural disasters and to assist people in recovery efforts. There are tragic losses here. First and foremost in lives lost," explained Tonko.
