Gov. Cuomo has a positive favorability rating again, but still needs to work on how he does his job.
A new Siena Research Institute poll out Tuesday finds the governor with a 48 percent positive to 46 percent negative favorability rating – up from 43-50 last month.
However, his job performance didn't score as high at 38 percent approval and 59 percent disapproval. That's still up from 34-64 percent last month
When Governor Cuomo took office in January 2011, he had a 77 percent favorability rating and 16 percent unfavorable rating.
