The wheels of justice are officially in motion at the state Capitol.

The Assembly Judiciary Committee made sure of that Tuesday when they began their investigation process of Gov. Cuomo.

The process that began Tuesday could lead to the governor's impeachment.

The mission of the Assembly Judiciary Committee is to determine whether evidence exists that Gov. Cuomo engaged in conduct that merits impeachment.

Among the issues that will be looked at by hired guns Greg Andres, Martine Beamon, and Angela Burgess are multiple sexual harassment allegations against the governor, the underreporting of COVID-related nursing home deaths, and possible irregularities involving construction of the Mario Cuomo Bridge.

That's not to say the governor's committed any crimes. A local lawmaker explained there is a distinct difference.

Hear him explain what it is by watching the video of Dan Levy's story.
