Governor Cuomo spoke about his Tuesday meeting at the White House with President Trump.

The two men talked taxes -- particularly the change to the tax code that limits a federal deduction for state and local taxes. The governor wants it gone.

The governor says the tax change has wealthy New Yorkers leaving the state, causing billions in losses.

He says further discussions with the White House are planned.
