Jury selection begins in Silver corruption re-trial

Jury selection got underway Monday in the re-trial of former State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver.

Opening statements in the trial won't start until April 30, because prosecutors say a key witness is sick.

Silver is being retried after his 2015 corruption conviction was overturned by an appeals court, that cited a Supreme Court ruling narrowing public corruption law.
