State Assemblyman Brian Kolb announced Thursday he will not seek re-election this year.

It's the latest fallout from his arrest on New Year's Eve for driving while intoxicated.

Kolb has represented Ontario County in the Assembly for two decades.

He stepped down as minority leader shortly after he crashed his state-owned SUV into a ditch near his home in Victor.

Kolb pleaded not guilty to the DWI charge when he was arraigned last month.
