Surrender date pushed back for former Cuomo top aide

Former top aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo, Joe Percoco, won't be going to federal prison on Friday.

U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni pushed back the surrender date from Friday to January 31.

Percoco has filed a motion for bail, while he waits for the appeal of the guilty corruption verdicts made against him in March.
