Man shot during attempted robbery in Troy

Troy police are investigating after a man was shot during an attempted robbery late Monday night.  

Police say a 43-year-old man was shot in the leg and stabbed in the torso in the area of Grace Court.


The man was treated on the scene by the Troy Fire Department and transported to a local hospital. They say his injuries are considered non-life threatening.

Troy police are working to determine if there is any relationship between the victim and suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
