A traffic stop on the Northway in Wilton on Thursday turns into much more serious charges for the people inside the car.

State police just released the information on Tuesday.

They say they noticed numerous hypodermic needles in the car.

While searching the car, they found a safe with 104 grams of fentanyl and 30 bricks of heroin. Police say that's the equivalent of 52,000 lethal doses.

Sue Hutting, 61, and Brittany Grover, 35 - both from Vermont, face multiple drug charges.
