A Clifton Park woman pleaded guilty in Washington County to vehicular manslaughter.

Prosecutors say Lindsey Godfrey had marijuana in her system and a .12% blood alcohol level when she looked at her phone, lost control of her car, and crashed into another car in Jackson back in August.

Richard "DJ" Chadwick and his mother-in-law, Alice Hahn, both from Cambridge, were killed.

DJ's wife, Jill, was injured but survived.
