It’s looking a lot like Christmas in Saratoga Springs. Many people came to the Spa City Saturday night for the Festival of Trees and the Victorian Streetwalk.

Inside the Saratoga Springs City Center there were many trees on display. They had trees in all different shapes and sizes. The event is one of the biggest fundraisers for the Catholic Charities of Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties. Outside on Broadway many people came out for the Victorian Streetwalk.

Along Broadway people were able to watch musicians as they performed. We even saw a woman doing a tap dance routine. A good crowd gathered to hear a local chorus sing Christmas carols. some people were happy to be in the holiday spirit.

"We’re here with family and friends tonight. That’s always the unity of it. There’s something about the atmosphere like this. This makes it so much more important to us, especially during the holiday season," said Paul Pierce, who visited from East Greenbush.

In the past the Victorian Streetwalk was a one day event. This was the first year it was a weekend-long event.
