CLIFTON PARK – An infant is alive thanks to the quick-thinking of two Capital Region troopers.

Trooper Conlon and Trooper Rufa, of Troop G, responded to a call for an infant who wasn’t breathing Thursday.

The troopers immediately began CPR. When EMS arrived, crews used an AED on the baby.

The infant became responsive, and troopers said the baby is expected to be okay.
