A man from Niskayuna charged with trespassing during the rioting at the U.S. Capitol is out of jail on bond.
According to The Gazette, a federal judge released Brandon Fellows Tuesday on $25,000 bond following his detention hearing.
He must be confined to his home with electronic monitoring.
Fellows faces two federal misdemeanors for entering a restricted area and disorderly conduct.
He told a reporter from Bloomberg that he has no regrets for his actions.
Fellows faces up to a year in prison if convicted.
