Rotterdam police arrested a Brooklyn man after he allegedly claimed to have coronavirus and was intentionally coughing on people in a Walmart.

Police responded to a Walmart on 1320 Altamont Avenue on Tuesday night.

They arrested 23-year-old Marvin Herring. He was charged with making a terroristic threat and menacing.

Police say he also has an active warrant out of New York City, for first-degree robbery.
