New Palace Theatre sidewalk exhibit celebrates Juneteenth

ALBANY – The city of Albany has a series of events planned this weekend to celebrate the Juneteenth holiday.
It started Friday evening with the annual youth art exhibition at the Palace Theatre.
Young people in the city used chalk to create inspirational messages for the community in celebration of this new federal holiday.
The artwork will be on display on the corner of Clinton Avenue and Pearl Street through the month of June.
