The man accused of causing the deaths of 20 people in the 2018 Schoharie limousine crash is scheduled to appear before a judge Thursday.
Nauman Hussain's attorney says he anticipates a resolution in the criminal case Thursday afternoon.
It has been moved to Schoharie Central School to accommodate a big crowd, including the families of victims.
Hussain, who operated Prestige Limo, is charged with criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter.
