Judge to consider plea deal in 2018 Schoharie limo crash case

A judge is set to consider whether to accept a plea deal in the criminal case against the operator of the limo company in the Schoharie crash, Nauman Hussain.

A virtual conference is scheduled for Thursday.

Hussain is the only person charged in the crash in October 2018 where 20 people died.

Hussain is charged with 20 counts of manslaughter and 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide.
