No decision made on plea agreement or trial in Schoharie limo crash case

There is still no plea agreement in the case involving the limo crash in Schoharie that killed 20 people back in 2018.

Attorneys held a virtual conference with the judge Wednesday.


Last week, lawyers representing the victims' families in the civil case held a press conference. They said they had it on good authority a plea deal for limo company operator, Nauman Hussain, is in the works.    

Neither the defense nor the prosecution have confirmed that.
