Nauman Hussain is scheduled to appear before a Schoharie County judge next week for a possible change of plea.
The Times Union is reporting that Hussain's court appearance on Thursday will be held At Schoharie High School because of the large crowd expected to attend.
Hussain operated the company that owned the limousine that crashed in Schoharie in 2018, killing 20 people. He is charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
His attorney has been meeting with the Schoharie County district attorney about a plea deal.
