Coaches Versus Cancer BasketBall surpasses $2 million fundraising mark

The Coaches versus Cancer BasketBall surpassed more than 2 million dollars in fundraising donations at its 13th annual event on Monday.  Co-hosted by UAlbany head coach Will Brown and Siena head coach Jamion Christian, the event honored local cancer survivors Danny St. Clair (Whitehall) and Clarkie Carroll (Saratoga).  Washington head coach and former Syracuse assistant coach Mike Hopkins was given the Inspiration Award for his work in the fight against cancer.
