Former Empire wide receiver Joe Hills and the Baltimore Brigade handed Albany its first loss of the season on Saturday night, 42-41.  Hills had four touchdowns all in the first half.  The Empire trailed by two touchdowns in the second half and mounted a comeback, getting within a point when Tommy Grady found Malachi Jones for a touchdown with 5:35 to play.  An unsportsmanlike conduct penalty led to a missed extra point which kept the game at 42-41.  The Empire defense got an interception in the endzone with 2:18 to play, but Arkeith Brown fumbled on the return and the Brigade recovered to seal it.  See highlights and post-game reaction here.
