RPI men's basketball ties program record with 18th straight win

The RPI men's basketball team used a big second half comeback to win its program record tying 18th straight game on Saturday evening.  The Engineers beat Vassar 61-49 to tie the mark set by RPI's 1990 team.  Colonie native Patrick Mahoney scored a game-high 27 points in the victory.  RPI can break the record on Sunday when it hosts Ithaca.  See highlights and post-game reaction here.
