Two-time defending state champion Troy football opens practice

Two-time defending state champion Troy opened football practice Monday.  The Flying Horses will drop down to Class A this season after winning the last two state titles in Class AA.  This is a team that will look very different than last year after graduating 18 players.  Despite the losses, head coach Bob Burns says expectations are still high for this program.
