Restoration of an antique 1929 gas pump helped craft a new skillset for students Caidan Marks and Anthony Mango.

The project also prepared them for a secondary career in restoration.

During the last few months of the school year, juniors at Scotia Glenville fully restored the antique by repairing rust damage, filling holes in the metal, and more.

There are around two dozen students that make up the program in Albany.
