It's the 4th annual "Girls Go STEM" at Suny Adirondack.

For this event, schools choose girls who normally wouldn't have the chance to go to a STEM camp.

They do hands-on experiments and talk with female engineers and scientists.

It's an effort to let these girls know about possible careers in science, technology, engineering and math.

"Girls Go STEM" takes place on Tuesday at the campus of Suny Adirondack in Queensbury.
