GLENVILLE - It was the biggest year yet for a camp teaching the aviators of the future their first lessons in flight. Lift, gravity and thrust were no drag for kids at the STEM Aviation Camp in Glenville.
Before your Southwest Flight out of Albany International Airport and before warplanes took to the sky in the 20th century, aviators all start in the classroom.
The Empire State Aerosciences Museum is now on its fourth annual summer camp.
NewsChannel 13 was there the first year when there were only eight kids. This year, 31 kids were in the classroom and also in the sky.
It's another 31 kids drawing a flight path to their own future with STEM.
