SCHENECTADY - A looming shortage of airline pilots is creating a huge opportunity for those looking to fly.

Schenectady County Community College and the Empire State Aerosciences Museum are offering a summer camp in STEM aviation.

Students between the ages of 8 and 16 will learn about the science of flight and get to experience a flight simulator.

"Technology has increased exponentially in the last couple of decades and with all kinds of careers," explained Kevin Millington with the Empire State Aerosciences Museum.

The summer camp runs from August 20 through August 25. It costs $150 per student.
