Toned-down Saratoga County Fair greets people with special needs

The blinking lights and loud noises at the Saratoga County Fair started later than normal on Thursday morning.
It was the second annual "Think Differently Day" for people with special needs and their families.
The fair opened quietly an hour early with a large dose of peace and quiet.
Also on hand was Pearl, a therapy Chihuahua from Cornell Cooperative Extension.
Meet some of the people who this really helps and see how they were able to enjoy the fair, by watching the video of John Craig's story.
