A police report has now been filed after a frightening close call, where a tow truck driver was nearly hit by a car in Albany.
It happened just before 10 a.m. Wednesday on South Main Street in Albany.
The driver, Clayton Harvey, quickly jumped out of the way onto the bed of his truck to avoid getting hit – just in the nick of time.
Unfortunately, those morning hours can be dangerous, Harvey said, because everyone is constantly in a rush.
