Albany Capital Center hosts varsity cheer competition

The best high school cheerleaders in the country faced off in Albany this weekend.
The event was hosted by the Albany Capital Center.
Teams from across the nation are competing for the chance to advance to the National Cheerleaders Association All-Star Competition.
Bids are also up for grabs this weekend for future tournaments, including a chance to compete at Walt Disney World later this year.
