Amazon rally to take place on Columbus Day

Union members are preparing for a vote this week on whether a local Amazon warehouse will unionize.
Organizers are planning a rally ahead of the vote on October 10, which is set to begin Wednesday.
In addition to organizers and workers, elected officials such as Senator Kirsten Gillibrand will be in attendance.
Calls to unionize became louder last week after a fire forced an evacuation of the Schodack Amazon warehouse.
