Berkshire Superior Court judge to hear case over Pittsfield cell tower

A Berkshire Superior Court judge will hear arguments next month on a lawsuit filed by residents living near a proposed Pittsfield cell tower.
Arguments will be on motions to dismiss the suit, report NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle.
The residents, who live near the Verizon tower at 877 South Street, filed the suit. They claim they’ve had health problems since the tower began operating in August 2020.
