Fire badly damaged a Rensselaer County home.

The fire broke out around 9:30 Tuesday morning at 2041 Brookview Road in Schodack.

Several fire companies responded.

No one was hurt, the crews told NewsChannel 13 at the scene.

The cause is under investigation.
