Greenwich man charged in sex crimes dating back to 2015

A man from Greenwich is charged with sexual abuse dating back to 2015.
Saratoga County sheriff’s investigators arrested 25-year-old Joseph Flynn.
He is accused of having sexual contact with a victim younger than 11 years old.
Flynn was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail.
