Johnstown man charged with raping child

A Johnstown man is charged with rape, after police say he was caught in the act.
An officer was on patrol on West Montgomery Street, when they saw suspicious activity in a car parked at the end of the street, said police.
John Lyman Sr. was in the car with a boy and a sexual assault occurred, said police.
Lyman is charged with rape, predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
