That means Kelsie Cote will be arraigned in Berkshire Superior Court.
Our media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report a Berkshire County grand jury handed up indictments, with charges including first-degree murder.
74-year-old Doris Cote was found with bruising to her neck, and at least seven wounds to her head.
Investigators found her at the bottom of the basement stairs in her home.
But the D.A. tells us, they believe Kelsie moved the body to that spot.
No word yet on when Cote will be arraigned.
