Man faces sentence for sexually assaulting child
Looking ahead, a man convicted of felony predatory sexual assault against a child will be sentenced Tuesday morning.

As we’ve reported earlier, Jose Omar Agular Gomez from Queensbury was found guilty of sexually assaulting a child back in October.
He is 28 years old.
The victim, who court documents say is younger than eleven years old, testified during the trial.
Tuesday – Gomez faces 10 years to life and a maximum of 25 years to life- when he’s sentenced.
