Man found dead in Battenkill River
The Washington County sheriff’s office is investigating after a man was found dead in the Battenkill River.

They say his name was James Berry.
He was 73 years old and from Delmar.
Deputies say it appears he suffered some type of medical episode while fishing.
And they say at this time his death does not appear to be suspicious.
