Montgomery County man accused of sexually abusing child

A Montgomery County man is facing felony sexual abuse charges.
Moses Stoltzfus, 44, is accused of having sexual contact and intercourse with a child under the age of 11 over the course of several years.
The sheriff’s office began the investigation in November after a report was filed.
Stoltzfus is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, rape and sex abuse. He was arraigned in Minden Town Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Jail without bail.
