Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office investigating altercation outside Amsterdam High School
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fight outside Amsterdam High School that happened Monday.

Sheriff deputies tell us that the fight happened yesterday morning around 11:30 outside the building.
We’re told that a seventeen-year-old male student fought a fifteen-year-old student who were quickly separated.
Police tell us the 15-year-old flashed a knife.
Police also say that the seventeen-year-old had a knife but did not use it during the confrontation.
Both students were arrested, issued appearance tickets and released.
