New date set for Watervliet’s Fire & Ice Festival

A new date has been announced for Watervliet’s Fire & Ice Festival.
The event will now be on Friday, March 24 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The event was originally set for February, but icy conditions at Hudson Shores Park led to the festival being postponed.
The mayor said it would be unsafe at that time to have guests attend the event.
Admission is $5. All of the money raised will go towards the city’s “Concert in the Park” series.
