New Troy restaurant opens on River Street

There’s a new spot to grab a bite to eat in Troy.
Finn’s, located at 40 River Street, officially opened on Thursday.
The menu features duck fat tater tots, a dry-aged double burger, wood grilled oysters, and fish and chips.
Finn’s is open Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
