Jury selection is underway in the trial for a man charged in the death of an Albany woman three years ago.
Paul Barbaritano, 55, is accused of killing 29-year-old Nicole Jennings in July 2019.
Police say Jennings was found stabbed and strangled in Barbaritano’s home in Albany. He has maintained that it was an accident.
