President Biden touts CHIPS Act on the campaign trail

President Biden spoke in Illinois Saturday. He highlighted his administration’s passing of the Inflation Reduction Act, which aims to lower the cost of prescription drugs.
He says congressional Republicans want to repeal it, and do away with federal health insurance programs, including Medicare and Social Security.
He also encouraged people to get out and vote on Tuesday.
