Shots-fired incident under investigation in Troy

Troy Police says they are investigating a shots-fired incident that happened early Saturday morning.
Police say they responded just before 7:00 a.m. to the area of 4th Street and Jefferson Street.
The incident occurred outside, and no injuries were reported, said police.
Officials say the suspect fled prior to police arrival.
