Stillwater man admits to secretly recording adults, children in bathroom

A Stillwater man has admitted to hiding a camera in his bathroom to record images of children and adults.

Deane Pratt, 40, was arrested in September. The victims were not aware of the electronic device and did not consent to the record, investigators said.

Pratt pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court on Wednesday to use of a child in a sexual performance, promoting a sexual performance by a child and unlawful surveillance.

Pratt is scheduled to be sentenced on July 9.
