A 22-year-old man accused of groping women in Hudson is out of the hospital, after undergoing a mental evaluation.

Police say 21-year-old Jamar Beauford was arraigned on charges related to the incidents, including forcible touching and sexual abuse.

Police say Beauford accosted a woman in his underwear and exposed himself on East Court Street.

Minutes later, investigators say they saw him grab and fondle a postal worker on Union Street.

He was taken into custody and is now being investigated as a suspect in an alarming break-in the same day.

Police say Beauford is known to them and has pending criminal cases.
