Suspect in Kaylin Gillis’ death remanded to jail without bail

Kevin Monahan, the suspect in the death of Kaylin Gillis in Washington County, has been remanded to the Warren County Jail without bail.
Monahan, 65, appeared in Washington County Court in the 1 p.m. hour for the bail hearing.
Gillis, 20, was killed after the car she was riding in accidentally pulled into Monahan’s driveway after getting lost.
