Thousands of runners made their way to downtown Troy for the Turkey Trot
Thousands of runners made their way to downtown Troy for the annual Turkey Trot race Thursday morning.
There were a lot of races to choose from, so people of all ages and skill level could participate.
There was a 10-k race, a 5-k race, a one mile turkey walk and even a grade school mile for the kids.
This was the 75th running of the Turkey Trot. For some people, participating in the race is an annual tradition.
For the second year in a row Alex Hislop, a University of Buffalo track star, was the men’s 5-k winner.
The Clifton Park native was excited to compete again.
