This stems from an incident in a Richmond, Kentucky locker room in November of 2021 where a former player claims Killings assaulted him during a road game.

The Daily Gazette was the first to break this story.

The Kentucky Court of Justice reports there is an arraignment scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday, in the Commonwealth vs. Dwayne Killings.

We have reached out to UAlbany for comment. We have not heard back yet.

The university investigated the incident in 2022. As a result, Killings was suspended five games and given a $25,000 fine.

The player later filed a lawsuit against Killings, UAlbany Athletic Director Mark Benson, and the university.
